As a member of the press, the industry has developed my abilities on sourcing, political interest and writing leading news stories across the globe to viewers that range in the millions. As a journalist, I am skilled with writing stories, pitching, managing government sources around the Capitol, White House and Pentagon to target audiences on current events for air. Shaping news stories, delegating information to field teams and suggesting elements for audio/video is practiced in my daily routine. My education plus 20 years of experience would be beneficial when it comes to the fast-paced process and organizational strategy associated to uphold the first amendment.
