Network Inventory Specialist:
Weigel Broadcasting in Chicago, IL, is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to optimize network inventory, maximize revenue, and ensure seamless traffic and log operations.
About the Role
· Oversee daily inventory processes to optimize revenue across all networks
· Ensure advertising spots are scheduled accurately
· Maintain high service standards for premium clients and high value placements
· Support smooth workflow by adhering to strict traffic deadlines
· Act as key liaison between inventory, traffic, and copy teams
What You’ll Do
· Run daily inventory reports (pressure, EUR, pricing, and underperforming asset packages) to optimize revenue
· Resolve log conflicts and ensure spots align with client specifications
· Manage allocation, scheduling, distribution, and constraint of all units, prioritizing high value clients and placements
· Collaborate with inventory managers, traffic managers, log editors, and copy teams to maintain workflow efficiency
· Accommodate last minute business while meeting traffic deadlines
· Review and approve orders in the traffic system to ensure quality control
· Provide backup support for network fighting, allocations, move requests, make goods, ADU allocations, and deal approvals
· Execute final log reviews to eliminate conflicts, enhance presentation, and maintain revenue maximization
