Responsibilities
~ Day to day support of the in-house press function, including all reactive requests from media [imagery, samples, product info.], monitoring & tracking press coverage & support to Head of U.S. Communications & East Coast Communications Manager by proactively vetting “on brand influencers
~ Working with PR & Brand Engagement Manager & Marketing team to plan, develop & implement PR strategies – i.e. Holiday Season (OND), Dry January & relevant campaign periods pertaining to food, drink, nature & health & wellness
~ Support wider Marketing & Events team on Press/Influencer specific events & brand partnerships ~Build relationships with Halo On & Off Trade ~ Day-to-day support for all local & national PR enquiries ranging from existing to emerging markets ~ Track & monitor appropriate editorial calendar opportunities ~ Pitch local & national publications including print, broadcast & online outlets ~ Develop agendas, meeting recaps & brainstorm on pitches, story angles & partnerships ~ Assist in campaign launch strategies, media press trips & press kit development ~ Management of all media assets - imagery, local & national media lists, press releases, plans ~ Maintaining press coverage & monthly reporting ~ Coordinating interview opportunities with our Founder & Brand Ambassador ~Liaise with team to develop & build Seedlip’s relationship with the press – Trade, Consumer, & Influencers , while always maintaining the correct messaging & Seedlip tone of voice Our Culture: Make it Simple Manners Properly Politely At Pace Quality-over-quantity We cultivate a creative & collaborative workplace

Your Experience ~ 1-2 years experience within a similar function whether agency or client side ~ Enthusiastic & knowledgeable about food, drink, health & wellness ~ Strong copywriting & organizational skills ~ Ability to manage a number of different projects simultaneously ~ Computer Savvy- extensive experience with Microsoft Word ,Excel & Power Point is a must ~ Previous experience navigating media research tools such as Cision ~ Monitoring trends & updates pertaining to key media/news, social media channels, blogs & podcasts
